Ann Scardino Rogers, founder of Ann Rogers & Associates, the (ARA Team) originates from Savannah, Georgia where she comes from a large, accomplished family including award winning writers, publishers, researchers, business executives, and physicians. During her early career, Ann held various positions in the banking industry. She transitioned to a medical equipment sales company as director of operations and then in 1985 moved to the Tampa Bay area to manage the Automated Clearing House division of a large regional bank.
Ann initiated her career into real estate in 1994 with Prudential Florida Realty, after staying home with her young sons for six years. In May 1997, Ann took a position as a sales agent with Keller Williams Realty Gulf Coast in Seminole, Florida while simultaneously, becoming the president of the Junior League of Clearwater-Dunedin, Florida.
In 1999, Ann purchased the Keller Williams Realty Gulf Coast Franchise starting with 11 agents and growing the brokerage company to 420 agents in three locations. She is an excellent public speaker and has taught various real estate classes including "How to start and run a real estate sales team".
In 2010, after a tumultuous period in the real estate industry, Ann developed a concept to improve sales and services to her real estate clientele and initiated selling her Keller Williams Franchise Operations. Ann's concept was a transition to fewer sales agent responsibilities to streamline and create a boutique, luxury property, Mega Sales Team. The concept was implemented by development of higher technological support for sales agents and agent services staff. In June of 2012, she formed Ann Rogers & Associates, the ARA Team, whose mission is to professionally assist friends, past customers and business relationships with their luxury property real estate needs.

Ann is a graduate of Stephens College and when she is not selling real estate, she spends leisure time with family and friends enjoying sailing, tennis, and the arts.
